Culture does eat strategy for lunch.  I’ve said it many times.  When you have a strong culture, so many other things get easier.  You hire and keep better people.  You plan better strategy.  Execution is better.  Team engagement is better.  Commitment is stronger.  And ultimately the results are better.

And the article is correct in saying that it doesn’t happen by accident.  It requires work and isn’t just an “HR thing”
