I lead you and your leadership team through the creation of the Rock & Sand Strategic Plan and its Execution and Evolution for a year.
Includes:
Initial Two Day Off-Site that creates a Rock & Sand Strategic Plan lays out the Rocks and Sand for the Next 90 Days
Three Quarterly Planning Sessions that further builds out the plan and lays out the next 90 Day Rocks & Sand
At least two Accountability Calls each quarter to troubleshoot and provide accountability for progress

Investment: $3,000 a Month (can be billed quarterly)

Do It Yourself Package
Using a School of Rock & Sand Subscription, you learn the content and you lead your team though the creation and successful implementation of the Rock & Sand Strategic Plan.
No coaching. You are in the driver’s seat. You facilitate the process. You set the pace. The way you want to do it.
Includes:
School of Rock & Sand Content for use with your leadership team.
One optional call to get you set up and get you going.
Investment: $200 a month provides access to all classes, automatic billing required.
Classes are also available one-at-a-time at a larger annual investment providing access for one year from enrollment day.
